This wine is so aromatic and inviting. Combining layers of jasmine, Asian pear, clementine, and white peach, it has  something for everyone to love. This wine is fresh and delicate, with a subtle roundness, and soft edges. The palate has a wonderful lemon curd acidity, counterpointed by waxy herbal notes and a subtle sweetness. A wine of great character and substance for easy drinking or pairing with spring dishes. 

Varietal Composition:  60 % Sauvignon Blanc, 23% Sémillon, 11% Malvasia Bianca, 6% Roussanne.
