This is a barrel selection of many varietals, all aimed at producing a very finely textured and fruit forward blend. At the heart of this blend is Sangiovese and Grenache, with splashes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah for darkness and substance.

The Cabernet and Sangiovese really shine through in the aromatics of this wine. It shows off dark cherry liquor, red currant, cassis, dried strawberry and a touch of vanilla. On the palate the wine is very soft and sweet, full of red fruits, a touch of blackberry jam and baking spices. It finishes with red plum, strawberry and vanilla bean.
